WHO WE ARE
Specialty Products Inc. (SPI) is a family-owned brokerage. While our company heritage dates back to 1962, SPI was incorporated in 1991. Today we have 2nd and 3rd generation present in our business.
SPI started in a home basement and quickly grew in staff and innovations.
We offer a dedicated support team, who in conjunction with professional sales consultants, work to enhance our customers' merchandising and sales efforts.
Driving growth in the Specialty business, we have addressed our manufacturers' needs for incremental sales by servicing all classes of trade in WI, IL, MI, MN, ND, and SD.
This year at the 2023 NCA Sweets & Snacks Expo; Specialty Products took home three prestigious awards of excellence from Jelly Belly Candy Company & Taffy Town.
Jelly Belly gave the Broker of the Year & Sales Excellence Award to SPI for record breaking sales, strong relationship building, productive market visits, overall growth in each territory, trade show support, teamwork, outstanding communication, and ultimately for knowing our market inside and out.
Taffy Town followed by presenting our brokerage with the Taffy Town Big Kahuna Broker of the Year award. The SPI team makes every effort to support customers, increase sales, and always goes above and beyond for the vendors we represent and the customers buying their goods. We think outside the box to ensure we've done what is needed across the board.

Also include the vendor, item description, item number, and the size/volume of the sample needed.
Absolutely, we have been in business for over 65 years and value in-person meetings. We are also thankful for today’s technology and happy to connect through Zoom and Team Meets when necessary.
The first step is establishing your Wholesale account, the process is similar for all vendors, and ranges between one to three weeks.
Once we determine which vendors fit your needs best, we will provide the new customer documents, and help support you while making your final selections on your opening order.
